Sullivan Entertainment has authored, produced and distributed its Anne of Green Gables franchise throughout the world in over 130 hours of motion picture products, television series, books, DVDs, CDs, merchandise and products based upon and inspired by Lucy Maud Montgomery’s series of literary works derived from her original novel Anne of Green Gables as well as her sequel and spin-off literary works.

Sullivan has produced these works under agreement with the Anne of Green Gables Licensing Authority and the province of Prince Edward Island, among others*. Sullivan retains all of its dramatic, motion picture, ancillary rights and trademarks to the words:
Anne of Green Gables™*, Road to Avonlea™, Anne of Avonlea™, Anne of the Island™, Anne – The Animated Series™, Annetoon™ and Anne of Avonlea – The Musical™.

Anne of Green Gables is a trademark of Sullivan Entertainment, Inc. used under license. Anne of Green Gables is a trademark or official mark of the Anne of Green Gables Licensing Authority, used under license.

Each of the related Anne of Green Gables dramatic and motion picture works in Sullivan Entertainment’s library are original works created by and protected by copyright in Sullivan Entertainment’s own unique interpretation of Anne of Green Gables, as well as any sequel and spin-off literary works by Lucy Maud Montgomery, established through Sullivan Entertainment’s scripts, unique visual images, production design, costume design, cinematography, music, themes, names, titles, ideas, plots, contents, descriptions, settings, characters and characterizations and production values.

Any production of any form of dramatic or cinematographic work or use of the above elements, or any impersonation or imitation of any image or dramatic element related to Sullivan Entertainment’s film versions of Anne of Green Gables, or to any of Sullivan’s related Anne of Green Gables proprietary works or to any of the above Trademarks in any form of media or merchandising used internationally may only be used with the express written permission from or contractual agreement with Sullivan Entertainment.
